The ‘10 Year Challenge’ has been a popular social media recently. You may have seen it clogging your own social media feed in recent months, where friends challenge you to share a photo of yourself from today and 10 years ago. Aside from the theories that the challenge is nothing more than a well disguised tool to help Facebook train its facial recognition systems, I imagine for most of us the challenge shows more change than we’d like to admit!
